Using Microfibre Covers
Microfibres have two inherent qualities, they are lipopholic(grease loving) and hydropholic (water loving). This means that the polymides can attract greases and absorb them within their cell walls. The ability of the microfibre to swallow two to three times it’s own body weight makes it great for cleaning.
 
How does Microfibre Work?
Microfibre has more than 40 times the surface area compared to normal fibres. The split-fibres have so many fine pin-holes that make the fibre extremely absorbent.
As the Microfibre absorbs so much, it expands to give you even more surface area of mop to clean and pick up even more.
The wedge shaped fibre, together with core-polyamide, grab the debris and hold it until it is laundered.  This helps to attract and trap dust and dirt.

    How much of the mop is working for you?
    When mopping with a normal mop the
    area of pressure on the floor is only a few centimetres from where the handle attaches to the mop head.
    With a Flat Mop System you have 40cm of pressure all the time on the floor. That's about 4 or 5 times more than a normal mop. This means that your mopping is going to be about  30% more efficient.
    There's no more dirty water stain marks on walls when mopping close to the skirting. No more smelly mop. Flat mops are machine washable (up to 400-450 times).
     Can be wrung out in normal wringer buckets or flat mop roller wringers on Green Line, Nick Star Trolleys or Witty.

    40cm Smart Ultra Microfibre mop heads weigh 80 grams and hold 160ml of solution in each mop without dripping. This is enough solution for the average 27 square meter area of a 4-6 bed ward. The porosity and humidity of the floor surface pulls solution away from the mop onto the floor, causing the mop head to find itself in a negative retentive state.
    This in turn starts the Capillary Vacuum Force, where the fibre is trying to return to its 160ml retentive comfort level. It is this continual to-ing and fro-ing action that lifts dirt , bacteria, virus and fungi from the floor and catches it in the Ultra Micro fibres of the mop head.  
    Because Ultra Microfibre pores leave very little moisture behind, any droplets remaining on the cleaning surface will evaporate quickly and leave a clean, smear-free surface.
    It can withstand up to 400-450 washes if washed with normal detergent for textiles up to a maximum temperature of 90 degrees Celsius.
